You’re comfort and privacy are my number one priority. A boudoir session is definitely a one of a kind experience and with that comes a mixture of emotions. Every woman comes into my studio at a different part in their journey with their bodies. I always ask if you’re comfortable with me sharing one of your favorite images, however that is not a requirement and you will never be pressured to do so.
2. Do I have to wear lingerie?
I love this question because every woman is so different when it comes to this! I provide a full client closet with lingerie, however if there is something you would rather wear we definitely can incorporate that instead. Some examples of lingerie alternatives are oversized sweater, white button down, a jersey, and some clients have even brought some of their partners clothing. The possibilities are endless and we can discuss this further if you’d like!
3. Do you have payment plans?
Yes and I offer a few options for payments. I require a session retainer to book and then the balance of your session to be paid prior to your scheduled date. Some clients prefer to get on a prepayment plan which we can discuss and set up for you. I do also offer PayPal credit, which if approved, has 0% interest for 6 months.
4. Is hair & makeup included?
Yes! Hair and makeup is included with every boudoir session. If you are going to commit to the boudoir experience, I believe its so important to feel pampered and glammed up for your session. I have a team of amazing artists who promise to make you feel and look your absolute best!
5. Do you photoshop my images?
I do retouch your images when it comes to skin, exposure, and light. However I do not photoshop your body. I am a big advocate on loving our bodies in the form they are in. I am educated in posing every body type to highlight your best features so that you fall in love with your final images.
6. Where should I buy outfits?
Although I provide a full client closet, some clients still like to purchase items so they feel more secure in knowing they have a backup. If that is the case, I have a few websites I can recommend when we schedule you to book. Some of my favorite brands are adoreme, fashionnova, honeybirdette, and lounge. I have recommendations for every size and body type!
7. What type of print products do you have?
I offer a variety of products from luxury albums to glass keepsake boxes. Albums are my absolute favorite. There is something so intimate about opening an album of these gorgeous images of yourself and being reminded how beautiful you are. This is also a perfect gift for someone you love. There are a variety of different cover choices so you’ll have the perfect album for you!
8. Do you offer digitals?
Every collection comes with a set digital gallery but there is an A La Carte option to add on your full gallery to any collection of your choice.
9. I’m so nervous!!! Any advice?
Every woman comes into my studio full of nerves. I’d think it would be weird not to be nervous. During hair and makeup we listen to some music, relax with a drink of your choice and once you see your first preview on the back of my camera, you’ll be mind blown and start to feel more calm.
10. How many outfits should I bring?
I always suggest selecting 3-4 outfits. We may get to all of them or only use the ones that bring out your best features but I believe its always good to have more than not enough!
11. Shout I arrive early?
I always suggest arriving about 10 minutes early. This is a great time to get used to the studio and also peek at the outfits I have laid out for you to choose from.
12. Where is your studio located?
I am located in Holbrook, MA just south of Boston. I am about 10-15 minutes from all major highways so easily accessible.
